I found the staff unfriendly. When arriving shortly after the business opened, I requested the same day service (which is advertised all over the business) for a suit and a shirt. She seemed annoyed by the request and told me my it would not be possible. Instead telling me to pick up in three days.

Owner is friendly, however my shirts were not clean and still had visible dirt (they were dress shirts and not unusually dirty). They also had small wrinkles pressed into the back and one of the sleeves.

At the time of drop off, I asked for both shirts to be taken in at the waist and told her I'd like them done in 5 days. She did not take measurements when I dropped them off. I asked her if she wanted to, and I was told that she would do that "when I come back" and I assumed she would call me later in the week to pin them after they were clean. I got them back 6 days later with no mention of the tailoring, and no courtesy call to let me know they were done. So I did not get them tailored because I needed them.

Will find another cleaner.
